The boys had jus mugged a dealer in airtime cards of a local mobi-phone company.they did it in broad daylight in full view of people at the shoppin center.they were 3 of them.no one could come to the man's aid.the boys were known to be armed with pistols.some Adminstration Police saw what had transpired but didnt act.at least not right away.that night two of them went to the homes of the concerned boys.one was found about to have supper,the other had hid in the ceiling when word went round that he was being sought.two were in their mother and grandmother's house.they were uncle and nephew.one was called Warlord.he was most notorious.(in total they were 3).by that time the whole estate was shouting and intimidating the two APs to release them.that didnt seem to deter them.they were frogmarched to the Umeme Football grounds.that was around 7pm.they were asked to kneel and in full view of the whole estate; neighbours and passers by,they were all shot at point blank range until they lay lifeless.their bodies were slumped over from the kneeling position that they were in.Warlord and his nephew and their other patner in crime were never to be.the 3 notorious boys were dead.the crowds went hush after the first two gunshots and many scampered for safety.tho they werent as innocent as purported on Tv,the summary annihiliation could and does usually go out of hand.its at times used to settle personal scores and to intimidate.more soon...

· The aftermath of the killings is that the friends of Warlord and his cronies swore to revenge.within two weeks,an AP was shot dead as he came from a drinking spree of Kumi Kumi.another was attacked and beaten but survived.another AP was strangled at night as he was headed home at the D.Os camp.he died that night at Kenyatta National Hospital.he had also been sodomised and thrust with a stick in his behind.he was an innocent victim who used to work at NSSF and wasnt involved in the events unfolding.immediately a swoop was launched that night.it was terrible.by 7pm people jus saw lorry loads bringing contigents into the DO's camp.they were released at 8pm.anyone who wasnt in the house by then was beaten senseless and extorted or robbed.they had no regard for male nor female.as long as it moved,it faced the wrath of the patrol that night.a man was maimed by the GSU reinforcement that came in by the beatings he got while found entering his house in Ziwani. Women were beaten too.the thugs in the area who had got wind of the reinforcements that had come in had taken cover.they were nowhere near the estate.some even went to up-country and others as far as to the Coast.those found in the middle of the revenges are the innocent,ignorant and helpless who have nowhere to go.it took close to a month for the unofficial curfew to end.now calm has returned.the two APs who did the killing are still around.they even have a music CD recorded with Calif Records which is in the pipeline.maybe it myt be out by December.il keep u posted about its name and release.
